It's always nice when you receive your fresh label material in non-digital format and get to experiment with it. I just received the test presses the other day for the next release on Several Reasons. Since it was on the record player I thought I'd give it a go and see what I come up with.
I used some tape to loop the record at a point where a nice synth was playing. Before recording the video live i spent also some time to sample a few sounds and put them in the Rytm. I used the Microbrute to create a classic dirty acid bassline which shines throught - I love the brute, simple and elegant. I think next time I will try to work more on the atmosphere and give a bit more color.
